A good friend of mine is a consultant and sales person for the ever popular Miche purse line. It was her 40th Birthday and her husband called me in a panic. "I forgot to order a cake, help! What can I do?" Well. Leave it to me to fashion a purse on the spot. This was a really fun cake to make and I used one of my Limited edition Miche purse shells as inspiration. She loved it and yes, it was super yummy too.
